Agency Training with Empathy Adviser

I have attended dozens of trainings in the Autism and I/DD field throughout my career. In those trainings, I was interested in the material while also paying close attention to how they were run, what made them engaging (or not), and the different styles trainers would use. Some felt like a waste of time while others left me with insights I still use in my work today. Rooted in much of the content in the Empathy Adviser Toolkit, these training sessions will be designed to go deeper on mindsets, tools, and insights that anybody can immediately apply to the care they provide. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of confidence and passion around their job and a reminder of the importance of empathy, community, and integrity in the work we all do.
